Responsible for overall running of the Office and supporting building works department.

Nelya is in charge of the owner's accounts and assists Dorleta in the front desk with reservations. She speaks fluent English and Russian.

Coordinates with the cleaning/ laundry company, managers and the inspectors to make sure your property is tailored to your requirements upon arrival.

Juan is our General Maintenance Worker , he keeps the properties running smoothly. He will be happy to help with any required repairs or installations.

Any information that you may need to do with your household administrative tasks Tinky will have it at her finger tips, contracts, insurance, change of electricity company, you name it she´s got it.

Dorleta is our receptionist who meets and greets everyone that comes through the door. She oversees the rentals and owners reservations, provides information about the local area and can book you a taxi or a boat trip.
