This penthouse apartment is in the middle row overlooking the pool to one side.

It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position.

Features fantastic views from its main terrace, over the Club as well as Tennis Center and to the Mar Menor beyond.

To access the main terrace, you will need to go through the lounge. It has comfortable patio table with chairs and sofas, a built in BBQ as well as two remote control operated sun blinds .

The large, well-furnished living/dining room has a double height ceiling, which gives an extremely light and airy feel; the stunning views to the Mar Menor get all your attention as soon as you walk in. Both the satellite TV and Internet are included in the rental price.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with double sink, a separate shower unit and separate bath.

The second bedroom also very spacious has twin beds and a small sun terrace with patio doors. The family bathroom has sink, toilet and shower. In this bathroom there is a washer machine and a tumble dryer.

In the upper level is the third bedroom with twin beds, and a private sun both accessed by an internal staircase from the lounge.

Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

The apartment is air conditioned throughout.

The Los Olivos community has two outdoor pools as well as an indoor heated pool (25m). Making it an excellent all year round option.

Los Olivos

This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is in the heart of La Manga Club, within a couple of minutes’ walk to the tennis centre and an easy drive to the golf courses. Guests can also enjoy the two outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool.

A short staircase leads to the apartment.  The open-design gives a spacious feeling. The lounge boasts an open fire, perfect for the winter. A large terrace with table and chairs can be accessed via the lounge and dining area so on the warmer days guests can enjoy outside dining whilst marvelling at the superb views over the golf course and to the Mar Menor beyond. Sun loungers also supplied on this terrace.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The master bedroom has twin beds, usually made into a king. Master en-suite has separate bath (with shower attachment) and walk-in shower and two wash hand basins. The second bedroom with twin beds has ample wardrobe space and a separate bathroom, with bath and overhead shower attachment. A safe is available at this property, as is WiFi access.

This a great choice also for an autumn or winter break as an indoor heated pool is available for exclusive use of those staying in Los Olivos. The gym is only available for the owner’s use.

The second and third bedrooms also have twin beds and share the family bathroom. The modern kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood and fridge-freezer.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Los Olivos has two outdoor swimming pools and a 25m heated indoor pool, making it an excellent choice all year round. Underfloor heating is available at an additional cost.

This property is ideal for families as well as groups of golfers or tennis players. In high season we prefer to refer rental periods from Saturday to Saturday, although we would consider other stays depending on availability. The minimum stay is five nights.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Los Olivos features two outdoor pools and a 25m indoor heated pool, making it an excellent year-round choice. Underfloor heating is avaliable at an extra cost.

Another bedroom with twin single beds is located on the top level, along with a south-west facing sun terrace, perfect for sun bathing!

Positioned close to the Racket Club, the property is in a prime location for those who love to play tennis. Los Olivos has exclusive access to two outdoor swimming pools and an indoor heated pool, making it an ideal choice for the autumn and winter holidays. The gym is only available to owners.

Enjoy the three 18-hole championship golf courses just a short drive away. La Manga Club is also very close to the Mar Menor and Mediterranean with an extensive choice of water sports. Horse riding and Go Karting facilities are also close by.
