This beautiful 3-bedroom Los Olivos penthouse is on the row that overlooks the main pool. It has been renovated to a very high standard with re-designed bathrooms. In an ideal central location for the Tennis centre also close to Bellaluz and Las Sabinas centres, with their bars, shops and supermarkets.

Through the patio doors you access the generous sized terrace furnished with table, chairs and sofas and a buit-in BBQ. Perfect for al fresco dining during the balmy summer evenings.

There are two bedrooms on the living level. The Master, with a double bed and fitted wardrobes, has an en suite bathroom (with a modern bath, a separate walk-in shower and wash hand basin). Patio doors from this bedroom open out onto a small terrace. The second spacious bedroom as also fitted wardrobe and uses a separate, family bathroom with wash hand basin, a walk-in shower and WC.

There is a central air conditioning and heating system in the living level of the apartment.

An staircase leads from the lounge up to the third bedroom on the upper level. This bedroom also a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, wall tv and A.C. unit. From the top floor you have two double patio doors to access to the spacious south-west facing sun terrace.

All bedrooms have electrical shutters.

Los Olivos community enjoys two outdoor swimming pools and an indoor heated pool and gym which makes it an excellent location also for autumn and winter holidays.

Enjoy the three 18-hole championship golf courses just a short drive away. La Manga Club is also very close to the Mar Menor and Mediterranean with an extensive choice of water sports. Horse riding and Go Karting facilities are also close by.

The Resort boasts three Championship golf courses and excellent practice facilities being the ideal venue for a golfing holiday. It is one of Europe’s leading sports resorts.
La Manga Club also has an internationally renowned Racquets Club. The Racquest offers 28 tennis courts, seven Padel courts and a fitness centre. There is also a football complex and many of Europe’s leading teams come for pre-season and mid-season training. In addition, there are facilities for both rugby and cricket.

LOS OLIVOS

This penthouse apartment is in the middle row overlooking the pool to one side.

It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position.

Features fantastic views from its main terrace, over the Club as well as Tennis Center and to the Mar Menor beyond.

To access the main terrace, you will need to go through the lounge. It has comfortable patio table with chairs and sofas, a built in BBQ as well as two remote control operated sun blinds .

The large, well-furnished living/dining room has a double height ceiling, which gives an extremely light and airy feel; the stunning views to the Mar Menor get all your attention as soon as you walk in. Both the satellite TV and Internet are included in the rental price.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with double sink, a separate shower unit and separate bath.

The second bedroom also very spacious has twin beds and a small sun terrace with patio doors. The family bathroom has sink, toilet and shower. In this bathroom there is a washer machine and a tumble dryer.

In the upper level is the third bedroom with twin beds, and a private sun both accessed by an internal staircase from the lounge.

Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

The apartment is air conditioned throughout.

The Los Olivos community has two outdoor pools as well as an indoor heated pool (25m). Making it an excellent all year round option.

Los Olivos

This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is in the heart of La Manga Club, within a couple of minutes’ walk to the tennis centre and an easy drive to the golf courses. Guests can also enjoy the two outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool.

A short staircase leads to the apartment. The open-design gives a spacious feeling. The lounge boasts an open fire, perfect for the winter. A large terrace with table and chairs can be accessed via the lounge and dining area so on the warmer days guests can enjoy outside dining whilst marvelling at the superb views over the golf course and to the Mar Menor beyond. Sun loungers also supplied on this terrace.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The master bedroom has twin beds, usually made into a king. Master en-suite has separate bath (with shower attachment) and walk-in shower and two wash hand basins. The second bedroom with twin beds has ample wardrobe space and a separate bathroom, with bath and overhead shower attachment. A safe is available at this property, as is WiFi access.

This a great choice also for an autumn or winter break as an indoor heated pool is available for exclusive use of those staying in Los Olivos. The gym is only available for the owner’s use.

Situated overlooking the pool, the main terrace offers fantastic views of the Club, the Tennis Center and the Mar Menor. An internal staircase allows access to a private terrace adjacent to the third bedroom on the upper level.

The spacious master bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined to make a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that features a large shower and twin sinks. A small balcony off the master bedroom offers a quiet place to relax.

The second and third bedrooms also have twin beds and share the family bathroom. The modern kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood and fridge-freezer.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Los Olivos has two outdoor swimming pools and a 25m heated indoor pool, making it an excellent choice all year round. Underfloor heating is available at an additional cost.

This property is ideal for families as well as groups of golfers or tennis players. In high season we prefer to refer rental periods from Saturday to Saturday, although we would consider other stays depending on availability. The minimum stay is five nights.

Located in the heart of La Manga Club, this gorgeous penthouse apartment is only a couple of minutes’ walk to the Tennis Centre and a short drive to the golf courses. A large terrace provides picturesque views of the club and the sea beyond. It features a remote control-operated parasol, a gas BBQ, sun loungers, chairs and a patio table.

A set of sliding French windows connect the terrace to the dining room and a double height living room, which features white leather sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The penthouse features two levels. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a king-sized bed.

The master bedroom features a set of patio doors providing access to an additional sun terrace.

Both of the two bathrooms have been recently refurbished. The en-suite features two wash basins, a separate walk-in shower and a full-sized bath.

The second bedroom has a double bed. A modern family bathroom has a wal.

Los Olivos
