This is a corner semi detached house at 50m from one of the 9 pools of El Rancho community.

It is also located next to one of El Rancho private parking areas with no steps to access.

The large front terrace gets sun all day around and cleverly includes a very handy toilet. From this terrace there is direct access with no steps either to the communal garden/pool area.

The living room terrace has sea views, a built in bbq and access from the kitchen too.

Downstairs there are 2 ample ensuite bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. Paddle fans circulate air in the lounge and both bedrooms. Additionally, the property includes wall-mounted air-conditioning units for cooling or heating during different seasons.

The master bedroom offers twin beds that can convert into a king-size bed, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, overhead shower hose, dual washbasins, W.C., and heated towel rail.

Furthermore, this bedroom has been extended to offer more storage space and provide direct garden access. Similarly, the second bedroom has two single beds that easily convert into a king-size bed. Its en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, washbasin, W.C., and heated towel rail.
