WATER SPORTS

With an area of some 180 square kilometres, the Mar Menor is Europe´s largest salt water lagoon, surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches.

This is without doubt one of Europe´s premier centres offering an extensive choice of Water Sports.

SAILING and WINDSURFING, you can learn to sail or windsurf while on holiday with either of the two sailing schools in the area:

Aqua Adicta in Mar de Cristal – only 10 minutes drive from La Manga Club – offering dinghy, windsurf and kayak rental and tuition.

Pro Vela in Los Narejos: is the only RYA recognised dinghy sailing school on the Mar Menor. Pro-Vela offers dinghy rental and tuition (beginner to advanced) and has a wide selection of craft.

WATERSKI and WAKEBOARDING : The Mar Menor is amazing for waterskiing and wakeboarding, as well as banana boat and donut rides. Location – near the start of La Manga Strip – approximately 20 minutes drive from La Manga Club.

Speedboat rides also available.

A dedicated PARASAILING school is located also on the Mar Menor.
