Spacious Family Villa with Private Pool
Villa “Casa Florence” is a spacious six-bedroom villa in a central area of La Manga Club Resort. Set in a private garden with mature palms and Mediterranean planting, the villa has a large swimming pool, children’s play area and plenty of space for relaxing outside. With five bedrooms in the main house and a separate annex with the sixth bedroom, Villa is well suited to families and larger groups. The ground floor and most of the outdoor areas are also wheelchair friendly.
Private Pool & Garden
The pool area is one of the main features of the villa. There is plenty of space around the pool for sun loungers and relaxing, with a separate shallow area for younger children. The garden is private and enclosed, with mature trees, palms and other Mediterranean plants. There are several areas for enjoying time outside, including a covered dining area, comfortable outdoor seating, BBQ and garden bar. For children, the garden has its own playground with a slide, climbing frame and sandpit. There is also a tennis table.
Living Areas
The main house has a spacious open-plan living and dining area with doors leading towards the garden and pool. The kitchen is well equipped for a large group and includes two ovens, two dishwashers and two microwaves, as well as a hob, fridge freezer and additional fridges. There is also a coffee machine, breakfast bar and dining table. A separate utility room has a washer-dryer.
Six Bedrooms
Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. One bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Another has twin beds and an accessible en-suite wet room. The third bedroom has a separate bathroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, a private sitting area and access to an upper balcony. The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and access to an upper balcony.
Separate Annex
The sixth bedroom is in a separate annex above the garage. The annex has its own sitting and dining area, kitchen, double bedroom, shower room and balcony. The separate entrance gives this part of the villa some extra privacy and can work well for teenagers, grandparents or friends travelling with the main group.
Wheelchair Friendly
Villa has good accessibility for guests with reduced mobility. The ground floor, main patio areas and pool area are wheelchair accessible.
