The Community of Hacienda del Golf is located in the heart of La Manga Club just a few minutes walk to the Tennis Academy and within easy reach of the numerous amenities of the exceptional resort of La Manga Club. Las Higueras 11

The first thing you notice when arriving at the villa is the attractive frontage and well-maintained gardens. Going up a few steps you reach the front door, to the left of which, outside, are the stairs to the roof terrace, which has lovely views across the Club, golf course, down to the Mar Menor in the distance.
To the right of the villa is the carport, thus giving you off-street parking for a car and golf buggy.
The whole property is extremely well-presented and well-decorated and has lovely marble floor tiles, which you notice as soon as you enter by the front door. In the hallway there is plenty of storage and there is aircon through-out the villa.
On the right of the hallway is the guest bathroom, with basin, radiator, shower and wc.
Next on the right is a double bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe storage and French doors opening out onto a small garden area to the front of the villa.
