This incredible detached villa is located walking distance to city centre bars and restaurants and supermarket and it is an excellent choice for family holidays or relaxing golf and tennis getaways. It is well equipped and well furnished, fully air conditioned and with free wifi included.

This Villa offers a private swimming pool (with heating option with an extra charge) with comfortable walk-in steps for commodity. Next to the swimming pool, there is a nice sun bathing area overlooking the villa with sun beds and garden furniture, and on the main terrace outside the dining room area  there is a large table and chairs, the perfect space for al fresco dinner or a BBQ.

This lovely detached 3 bedrooms villa with 2 bathrooms is a fabulous option for your La Manga Club holiday. The access to it is by 15 steps. Once inside, the 3 bedrooms are located in the ground floor: the master bedroom has a super king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, also a  a dressing table, and on the left, there are two twin bedrooms with a bathroom by the corridor, this one with a bath. Upstairs, there is access to a private sunny terrace. Also, upstairs, there is a bedroom for owners use only.
